• For an external hard drive, NS-PCH5431 could work with 2.5'' drives; but for 3.5'' drives, please make sure that hard drive itself has external power supply, or it won't work, as 3.5'' requires voltage over 12V. For Scarlett Solo audio, NS-PCH5431 should work.
