• Yes you can. I'm currently using this hub for XBox One and I have 2 external HD's plugged in. It's working great.

• This USB 3.0 USB Hub has it's own power supply so, it should have enough power all on its own. You'd have to try it on the actual PS4 to see if it works or not. The good thing about Best Buy is that you can return it.

• Yes. Just make sure you use the right side usb port on a normal ps4. Works with mine!
