• This is a USB device not a LAN device! I think you need an Ethernet switch.

• No, that would require a four port Lan switch or router, as that is how Xboxes connect to networks and other xboxes: through the lan port on back.

• No this is usb 3.0 not an ether net hub or router.The usb codec is not used to create Local Area Networks. Or LAN connections.
