Hi Michael, Thanks for your question. This hub is mainly for computer USB devices like keyboards, mice, and flash drives. GPS units and portable CD players usually won’t work through a USB hub, and it can’t play audio. It may charge the devices, but it won’t support actual use or playback. Rihan | Insignia Products
