“Will this work with Mac OSX 10.9.5? Why do you have links to the User Guide & Quick Setup Guide and then have them password protected? I'd like to know more before buying but all the User Guides on your website are password protected.”

10.9.5 is a very old and not supported by Apple at all and should not be used anymore. However, if you must, it will work with Mac OS 10.9.5, as support for USB hubs is a part of the spec that all USB controller chips must support.
