I am no longer in the same location as the TV (bought for mom), but as I recall, it does have USB. This does NOT mean it is a smart TV, inherently. But it should make it easier to spend an extra $25-$35 dollars on a Google Chromecast or Amazon Fire Stick device and have a home wireless network, then you should be able to make it act like a smart TV. I do not remember seeing a Network cable for this device. Again, you would need a third party device (Goole chromecast or similar + home wifi) to make it work. This is NOT a smart TV.
