Some channels only broadcast in 720, channels 7-1, 7-2, 7-3 in Austin, TX for example. 36-1 broadcast in 1080 .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not every channel broadcast in 1080 p actually you will see 1080 i not p. When you change channels check to see which ones have 720 and or 1080. The TV is still a good buy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.1. Some stations may not be broadcasting beyond 720. 2. Check the picture settings on your tv using the remote and the onboard menu. It may need to be set to 1080 - however, if the broadcast is 720, it will step down automatically upon receiving the broadcast for that station. If you want to double check, try using a blue ray dvd attached or a hi def upconvert dvd player that will broadcast at 1080.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends on the source, if your cable box, bluray player, etc, is set to output 720p, then that is what your TV will display. You'll have to go inside their setting menu and adjust the output to 1080p.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Are you sure your using a HD cable box? You'll need to hook it up with a HDMI cable, not a coax.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The TV plays back whatever source it's being feed. If you have a cable box, Blu-ray player or any other device, make sure you check it's setting and that it is outputting a 1080 signal to the TV.
