As long as you have an HDMI port, you should be able to plug your Roku player into it.

The Insignia™ 40" Class F40 Series LCD LED Full HD Smart Fire TV does not come with Roku built-in, as it uses Amazon’s Fire TV platform instead. This means you won’t have access to the Roku interface, but you can still download a wide variety of apps at no cost through the Amazon Appstore, which is built into the Fire TV system. Many popular streaming apps like YouTube, Pluto TV, Tubi, Freevee, and others are available for free and offer a range of content without requiring a subscription. If you prefer the Roku experience or need access to Roku-exclusive apps, you can always connect a Roku streaming device to one of the TV’s HDMI ports and use it alongside the Fire TV features.
