Need someone to come to my House my tv is not working null

I have six insignia tvs in my game room and several other items over 15 years old no problems

I had to carry my big tv, put in my car and drive to a Best Buy location which was far from my house. Once I got there I had to drop off the tv and I will need to go back in a week to pick it up. They can’t even ship it. Stay away from best buy and their Insignia products.
