“I can only get HDMI1 to be 1080p. HDMI2 and 3 only display at 720p. Am I missing a setting somewhere or is this a limitation of this TV?”

I believe all 3 HDMI ports should be able to do 1080p. Maybe what your viewing on ports 2 and 3 isn't capable of 1080. Try moving them around and see if you get different results.
