I am not familiar with wind stream but as long as you have a wireless signal from a connected router and a compatible streaming device with HDMI output the TV will stream. It is NOT a Smart TV if that is your question but adding a streaming device (Roku, Apple, Firestick Etc) it will stream. Change input to change HDMI devices. It has 3 HDMI ports ! This TV is an unbelievable bargain in my opinion. I also have a regular tv antenna connected as well as my DVD player. 5 input sources is great! Good luck.

This TV cannot connect to the internet; however you can hook up a streaming device to the TV.
