“I bought this TV for my mom under the impression that it was a Digital smart TV. It arrived & she said it wasn't at all. Is this just a regular TV? Can it get streaming services & download apps, etc . . . I also thought it came with Roku. She's unhappy.”

I bought this TV specifically because it was NOT a smart TV. It does not come with a Roku, but I connected my own Roku and it works fine when I want to use it. It's too bad that your mother wanted a smart TV, as there are many available, but this one was advertised as a regular TV and I was happy to get it. It works very well for my purposes.
