“My tv has no picture. Screen is not lit. All the troubleshooting instructions tell you to use the on screen menus. The sound is working. It this just not fixable after owning less than 2 years? I have checked the cables and reset the cable box, etc”

Hello NIT88. If your TV seem to have a sound but no picture from it, it is likely that the inverter is at fault. Make sure that it is not just your receiver are acting up. Try to reboot it by turning off your TV and unplug the receiver. Wait about 10-20 seconds before your reconnect the receiver then restore power to it and your TV.
