“I have noticed that tv's such as Insignia and other brands have an audio chip problem where the volume is low and cannot be adjusted up to anything resembling normal volume. Has Best Buy contacted the manufacture of their Insignia tv's to correct this?”

• The sound on this tv is good...we did not have to add a sound bar
