“Do I need to format the usb flash drive or put jpg in file folder before I can view it. I tried to view picture in the usb on the tv however nothing is showing it says processing then it goes back to menu. What am I doing wrong?”

• I don't know, Grandma, I couldn't get a video clip to play either. Nothing works through the USB on mine. I just use it to power my Roku Ultra box.
