No closed captioning? null

In the Menu, navigate over to Accessibility with the arrows on the remote. Then, navigate down to Closed Captioning and click on that. I have set mine to show CC when the sound is muted, but you can set it to show all the time if you like. It works fine on my network TV channels. If you are trying to watch a streaming show or DVD, you'll need to enable CC on the streaming stick or DVD player itself.
