What is the USB port for? null

Hello Christopher, These ports can be used for connecting a flash drive for viewing media on the TV, or to power devices over USB, such as a streaming stick or amplified antenna. Insignia Support, Merjorie

It can used for displaying photo from a flash drive and it can also help power a casting device (like a chromecast) that uses a usb cable for power.

I use it for a wireless keyboard & mouse.

For adding a peripheral. I use it to supply power to my fire stick.
