QuestionWe bought ours 11/3/19. It has worked well and was quiet. Within this past week it has started making a sound as if the fan is hitting against something. The noise will last a while & then stop. We are concerned about this.

- Answer Condensation is caused, typically, by heat on one side and cold on the other side. Same thing on your car with air conditioning and heat on the outside window.
