I think because of the Firestick and Amazon it’s not compatible with Spectrum when I had just a regular fire stick the spectrum app was not compatible Spectrum didn’t make an app compatible for the Amazon or Firestick with their app so it must be a incompatibility problem with Spectrum and call their technician they can go in more details
