“Not sure why you need a 4K HDMI as I would think it would come with it since it is advertised for as a 4 K... Maybe I need to check my other New TV Toshiba that I just purchased a few weeks ago. Can someone explain TYIA”

This is a 4k Smart TV, so you are able to watch 4k TV using the built in apps. There is no need for an HDMI cable but you will need an ethernet cable to a wi-fi connection to stream 4k TV. The TV also has a 4k HDMI port so you can connect a 4K device like a PlayStation 5 or BluRay player. Those types of devices typically come with an HDMI cable to connect them to the TV's HDMI port (when connecting a 4K device to the TV be sure to use a 4K HDMI port on the TV).
