“When I say "Alexa, set a sleep timer for 60 minutes" the reply is "Sleep timers are not supported on this device". That doesn't make sense since it's in the settings menu. I've tried different ways of saying it with the same results.”

I just got off the phone with support and you CANNOT use Alexa to set a sleep timer. Sleep timers really are not supported. Why not? I do feel this feature should be addressed in a software update.
