I have this problem with my not quite 6 year old e43h41nklwbynnx Insignia TV. The screen just blinked off while watching it. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips I can find and now believe the screen has gone faulty. Looks like a replacement is going to be the best option, but it definitely will not be another Insignia because I expect a TV to last longer and this seems to be a common problem with Insignia tv's.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having this exact same issue and I am very upset. Just stopped working in the middle of a movie with no warning signs...nothing. Reset the tv, unplugged it, changed HDMI cables, changed Directv imputs and still nothing.
