• There is currently no YouTube app available on this tv. But you are able to sync your phone and watch from there.

• Yes. I watch YouTube videos on mine all the time. Roku has had a YouTube channel on it since I can remember. This is a Roku TV. Not sure where the other poster got that you have to cast them from your phone. That is not the case with this TV or any Roku device I've seen (I also have other Roku devices and all of them have the YouTube channel).
