It comes with the Roku Interface and associated channels so yes, YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc. Casting from the phone? Yes, and no. It will cast from Android or Windows devices, but not Apple according to Roku https://support.roku.com/article/208754928-how-to-use-screen-mirroring-with-your-android-or-windows-device. I have an Android phone and I cast my daughter's volleyball video after every game, works a treat!
