Q: QuestionIs there no way to disable overscan on these tv's? If so, that was a disappointing purchase as it was meant to be a computer monitor and the last television I had, had no issues applying DSR and adjusting to fit. This TV though seems to be as is only.

Q: QuestionIs there a method to get variable audio output? Usually when you plug into the 1/8" audio jack and connect to speakers you can control the volume up and down. I can't find the setting to change this

• A:Answer I have it hooked up to an HD DVR cable box. As long as the direct tv box has an HDMI cable port or the old cable antenna jack you should be able to use this with Direct TV no problem.
