• Not sure if this will help but first, is the Xbox one a newer 4K one? Older versions are not, but 1080p is still great quality. If it is newer, check video output setting on the Xbox itself to ensure they're set for 4K output. The tv itself will display the 4k from a 4k source. Many old game consoles and DVD players will not have a 4k output. Hope this helps.
