“I've only had this TV since April, this is the second time the TV speakers have turned off & I cannot turn them back on under settings. Please help or we will be returning the tv!”

• Under Settings/Display and Sounds/Audio Output, theres a switch to turn off and on TV speakers, you might have that turned off.

• I really can’t answer. Our TV has not experienced this problem or any other problems. Sounds like you may have a technical issue that needs more support than you will find in an on line forum.
