Yes. By default, as long as the television and your other chosen device are connected to the same network, you will see the cast icon in apps that have it built in light up and be available to you. For a more forced approach should that feature not be supported in an app or web page you'd like to mirror/cast, you can install many apps on the TV (Miracast for example) to make it happen. Please note that if you take that route specifically, you'll need to be using the TV wirelessly, as a wired ethernet connection will disable Miracasts ability to detect devices. Simply unplug your ethernet cable and you're good to go.
