“Q1 I have this tv in my room and I have a Fire TV stick for my Living room set. I have a couple questions. I was trying to connect my Alexa and when it connects the sound on the TV shuts off. I am sure a setting is the issue, any thoughts?”

To link your Alexa enabled device (Echo) to the Fire TV Edition television use the Alexa app. If you are using the smartphone app, go Home > Menu > Settings > Video and TV > Fire TV and follow the on-screen instructions.
