• You need to have a ROKU device. I have the HDMI STICK that is 15years old and it works. So, when you say "basic account", does it mean you don’t use hardware (a physical device) to input into the TV? If so, it won't work. You need a ROKU device that physically plugs into the TV, not just an account.
