Hello tambo, The TV is not smart capable, it cannot connect to Wi-Fi. Insignia Support Molina https://www.bestbuy.com/site/brands/best-buy-brands/pcmcat1596746025285.c?id=pcmcat1596746025285

This is a "dumb tv" and has no internet connection; wi-fi or otherwise. You need to connect a co-axle cable, a HDMI device, or something to the USB or even the old A/V port.
