“The picture is foggy and color not working. Also shiny effects and some pixelation. Is there some adjustment or should I be sending in for repair/return. I have tried everything. Please advise. Lynn I”

• I suspect your TV is defective. Take it back to Best Buy and get a new unit. It’s not a high end TV but I don’t have any Fog or Color issues. It’s not a $700 Samsung but mine is clean and watchable with my Roku box.
