The width of the TV is 43 inches. The legs sit about 3-4 inches in on each side. That would mean that the legs are about 35-38 inches apart. I think it would be a little too wide for your stand. The minimum stand width I would recommend would be 42 or 43 inches. This will match the TV width as well so there is no overhang.
