“I bought the BestBuy Insignia Chest Freezer 5 cu. The outside of the top lid was always 10 degrees colder than the room temperature of 70. I called them and exchanged it for another one the same. The new one has the same cold top. What should be done?”

• Could just be from the outside room temp., mine is in the basement.

• Dont do anything. Its fine! Its a freezer in an open area that is warmer around it. Sounds like it's working perfectly!
