By low do you mean you can’t hear the sound? If that’s the case you need to adjust the position setting for the rear speakers. Depending on their location in relationship to where you are seated when watching TV. Once you adjust the position settings you should have no problem hearing them. Also keep in mind that the system is designed to provide surround sound. If you are watching media that is not coded for surround sound, the sound you hear from the rear speakers may be low or none at all.
