“Our rear speakers dont not allow any voices to be heard. They both just blare music/background noice only. We have adjustrd all volumes and still no voices can be heard. Please help. We just bought this yesterday and need to be able to hear yhe voices”

You would have to set audio to 2 channel stereo only. All sound decoders like dolby and dts don't output diaglogue through surround speakers.
