A:AnswerIf the freezer is turned to the highest setting, it will accumulate ice crystals. I have found that leaving it on medium keeps the food perfectly frozen and no ice crystal formation so I don’t need to clean the freezer out.

A:AnswerWe have ours outside in a utility room - wouldnt leave it outside uncovered. we did add insulation to wall as it gets hot here in the summber -
