Reviving an old thread. I could not get the tower on for the life of me. Called tech support, they suggested returning the unit (no way, I already filled the CO2 tank). So I removed the 4 screws and took off the base plate. Put the screws on the base plate without the tower. I used a pry bar as a lever. Still no good. Then I got the hot idea that maybe the base plate only goes in one way. So I rotated it, tried it again and bingo! Slipped right in. So, maybe it only goes into one slot and when the tower is assembled they put it in wrong. Anyway, it worked for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to return the device, it became painfully obvious once I had a new unit that there is not much force needed. It was a faulty unit and no amount of force would fix the problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. Push down on it while turning. It took a lot of force. It was difficult to get. It will all of the sudden click in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue, return the unit it is defective. After receiving my second unit the ease with which the draft tower is installed is incredible. You barely have to apply any strength.
