“If I purchase a Keg and it's already pressurized, what is the need for the CO2 Tank? Shouldn't I just be able to hook up the keg coupler to the hose and then hook up the hose to the Keg spout/handle?”

• It helps push the beer thru the lines, without CO2 the beer dribbles versus pours

• Beer is carbonated from the fermentation process but you still need the co2 to push the beer out of the keg and maintain carbonation. Make sure you use FOOD GRADE CO2 only.
