“In items description on Best Buy.com, it says this product will not hold Miller or Coors Kegs. Is this an accurate statement? Why?”

Miller-Coors uses a few styles of kegs, one of them is wider than a “standard” 15.5 gallon keg, so the door simply doesn’t close. If you look at the picture I included, the one on the left is too wide, the one on the right works just fine. Blue moon is made by them, so you might run into the same problem if you try to get a 1/2 bbl from them, so just keep it in mind when you buy a keg, they have either style of keg available generally

Please try again later.Do not believe the above post , he has not done his research and is Absolutely incorrect , I just received this kegerator as a gift and almost made the mistake of having to special order coors light in the traditional style keg rather than the barrel style keg with a belly that is sometimes comes in . After taking a couple measurements I decided to try the barrel style keg that coors and blue moon come in. YES IT FITS ANY STYLE 1/2 KEG !!! Not only does it fit , I also have the 5 lb . Co2 mounted inside and a tower cooler . THE DOOR CLOSES FINE NICK!
