• I have also had this problem. I ordered mine from BestBuy and I’ve had mine for about a week. It worked at first, but I unplugged it to move it and when I tried plugging it back in it would no longer turn on

• Make sure you have power to that outlet and be sure the thermostat control knob is not in the off position. It should be rotated to about 5 to start then tweak after the unit is stabilized.
