Try lowering your pressure and / or using a longer air hose. Depending on the beer in the keg, you may need to adjust this each time. Also, try using two glasses, the first for the foam at the beginning of the pour, the second for your glass of beer.

What I did turn my settings on 6 to get the beer real cold for two to three days then turn it down to 5 you should see a difference in pour you a beer no foam the beer Keg have to settle and get real cold I had no problem with it and my Co2 is set on 10 it have to functuate in its on setting.
