“Is it possible to drill a second hole in the back wall of the Kegerator. I want to keep the CO2 bottle outside and I have a double regulator which has two separate air lines with different pressure that I want to run into the back wall.”

Yes you can drill another hole and run another line through the back wall. In this model there is a space that is on a taller shelf (not removable) so you will not gain any extra space by mounting everything outside. I actually have replaced the single regulator to a double and everything fits inside.
