Yes and yes. I have the CO2 tank inside with a dual regulator and i can fit 2 corny kegs also. I also bought some custom tap handles that are taller and they do not bump into each other at all.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will fit two 1/4 kegs and a 5lb CO2 tank inside. It even has a brace to keep the tank in place. It also comes with a bracket and a small hole just in case you want to run the gas line from the outside. The hole is sealed up and all you have to do is take out the stopper. As for tap handles I'm not sure as I have not bought any to find out. That's a question I have as well. It's easily convertible to serve from Cornelius legs if you know how to
