“The door on my new freezer is extremely hard to open, close to impossible. HELP!!”

• same as mine and I attribute this to excellent seal which I appreciate as my freezer is in the garage

• I totally agree and the freezer is so light weight that it contributes to it being hard to open . Mine sits on carpet so I have to put something heavy on top to avoid the feeling that it will tip over . I would not recommend it to anyone due to those two factors . It was sold to me as frost free which is not true . Overall I am very disappointed . Mary Jordan

• I believe that the seals on the freezer is working really well mine does the same thing and I think its a good thing . you may find in time that it will get easier. Not resolution but I think good news.
