When scanning for channels, go to advanced setting and click both digital and antenna. Or check that the cable is inserted in correct port and securely fastened. If neither of these work maybe contact cable provider because it did work for us right after running the scan channels using digital and antenna option (not that cable is antenna it just gave us the local channels) and digital gave us our cable channels.You likely will have to go back into settings and find the option for digital scan. Below it is advanced options.
