There is no stand alone web browser built-in to this tv. I'm not sure if Roku makes an app that would let you surf the web but I doubt it. Regarding the product manuals, you can find them at https://www.insigniaproducts.com/pdp/NS-50DR620NA18/5684501. Click on the Support and Downloads tab and you'll find them.
