A:AnswerPicture quality and cosistancy are great for these 81-year-old eyes. The sound isn't so great for these ears which are the same age. The speakers are mounted underneath and pointed straight down into the TV stand. It needs a sound bar to get the words and music out into the room. Otherwise, this old man thanks you for your good work!

A:AnswerDrop your remote inadvertently on a hard wood floor or a counter top and just like that voila your remote will work. I spent 45 minutes trying to get past the language setup screen when I finally dropped the remote by accident, picked it up and pressed OK and finally was able to proceed. True story :)
