QuestionHow do you change the resolution from 720p to the 2160p? Just bought and is only in 720.

- Answer Hi! Usually the TV shows the highest resolution available. If you can only see the signal at 720p, it is highly probable that the resolution needs to be adjusted on the device that is sending the signal (cable box, DVD player, Xbox, among others). QuestionI have been trying to download the "Xfinity Instant TV" app to this Insignia Smart Fire TV but I've been unable to do so. How can I get the Xfinity Instant TV app onto the TV so that I can use the Xfinity services that I am paying for?

- Answer Hi, John. I appreciate the time you took to share your inquiry with us. Currently the only Cable service apps available on the Fire TV servers are AT&T and Direct TV.
