Can I run this in a cold basement around 60 null

The working environment should be between 41° F (5° C) and 90° F (32° C).

If your lowest temp is 60f, you can run it.. I can’t find the directions at this time, but I shut it off at 47 degrees in my garage as the defrost function would kick on.

Yes you can! My basement is kept at 55 and have no problems. It will heat the basement up though as it does seem to spit out some hot air.
